The Bamboo - Sourav's Chitchat

Once upon a time, in the heart of the Western Kingdom, lay a beautiful garden. And there, in the cool of the day, the Master of the garden was wont to walk. Of all the denizens of the garden, the most beautiful and most beloved was gracious and noble bamboo.

Year after year, bamboo grew yet more noble and gracious, conscious of his Master's love and watchful delight, but modest and gentle withal. And often when the wind came to revel in the garden, Bamboo would cast aside his grave stateliness, to dance and play right merrily, tossing and swaying and leaping and bowing in joyous abandon, leading the Great Dance of the garden, Which most delighted the Master's heart.

Now, once upon a day, the Master himself drew near to contemplate his Bamboo with eyes of curious expectancy. And Bamboo, in a passion of adoration, bowed his great head to the ground in loving greeting. The Master spoke: "Bamboo, Bamboo, I would use you."

Bamboo flung his head to the sky in utter delight. The day of days had come, the day for which he had been made, the day to which he had been growing hour by hour, the day in which he would find his completion and his destiny.

His voice came low: "Master, I'm ready. Use me as Thou wilt." "Bamboo," – The Master's voice was grave --- "I would have to take you and cut you down!" A trembling of great horror shook Bamboo…"Cut …me… down ? Me.. Who thou, Master, has made the most beautiful in all thy Garden…cut me down! Ah, not that. Not that. Use me for the joy, use me for the glory, oh master, but cut me not down!"

Beloved Bamboo,"—The Master's voice grew graver still—"If I cut you not down, I cannot use you." The garden grew still. Wind held his breath. Bamboo slowly bent his proud and glorious head. There was a whisper: "Master, if thou cannot use me other than to cut me down.. Then do thy will and cut".

"Bamboo, beloved Bamboo, I would cut your leaves and branches from you also". "Master, spare me. Cut me down and lay my beauty in the dust; but would thou also have to take from me, my leaves and branches too?" "Bamboo, if I cut them not away, I cannot use you."
The Sun hid his face. A listening butterfly glided fearfully away. And Bamboo shivered in terrible expectancy, whispering low: "Master, cut away"

"Bamboo, Bamboo, I would yet… split you in two and cut out your heart, for if I cut not so, I cannot use you." Then Bamboo bowed to the ground: "Master, Master… then cut and split." So did the Master of the garden took Bamboo… And cut him down…and hacked off his branches…and stripped off his leaves…and split him in two…and cut out his heart.

And lifting him gently, carried him to where there was a spring of fresh sparkling water in the midst of his dry fields. Then putting one end of the broken Bamboo in the spring and the other end into the water channel in His field, the Master laid down gently his beloved Bamboo… And the spring sang welcome, and the clear sparkling waters raced joyously down the channel of bamboo's torn body into the waiting fields. Then the rice was planted, and the days went by, and the shoots grew and the harvest came. In that day Bamboo, once so glorious in his stately beauty, was yet more glorious in his brokenness and humility. For in his beauty he was life abundant, but in his brokenness he became a channel of abundant life to his Master's world.

The Wings of Burden – Sourav’s Chitchat

An old legend relates that long ago God had a great many burdens which He wished to have carried from one place to another on earth, so He asked the animals to lend a hand. But all of them began to make excuses for not helping: the elephant was too dignified; the lion, too proud; and so on. Finally the birds came to God and said, "If you will tie the burdens into small bundles, we'll be glad to carry them for you. We are small but we would like to help."

So God fastened upon the back of each one a small bundle, and they all set out walking across the plain to their destination. They sang as they went, and did not seem to feel the weight of their burdens at all. Every day the burdens seemed lighter and lighter, until the loads seems to be lifting the birds, instead of the birds carrying the burdens.

When they arrived at their destination, they discovered that when they removed their loads, there were wings in their place, wings which enabled them to fly to the sky and the tree tops.

They had learned how to carry their burdens, and their loads had become wings to carry them nearer to God.

Burdens we carry for others may become wings of the spirit, to lift us into happiness such as we have never known.

Life is full of unfulfilled dream and run to achieve them, is it true?

Now a day’s life has become more materialistic, where we have less time for ourselves, however we spend ample of time with ourselves. We are not that much into our life. We always think what we need and how to get the list of never ending list.

Where I want a life which should say that if you are there with me then my heart sing songs. If you are with me then life is full of happiness and if you are not there then every happiness is untouched. It’s like you are my life. Life has nothing to do without you.

If you are there with me I have ways to reach our fortune. If you are not there then it’s like no target to achieve. I’m all alone even being in million people around.

In last couple of days I have gained something and probably lost all. Is this the life I have ever dreamed off?
Answer is certainly no. I have always dreamed off life like the way a young person dream. So, what is the reason behind not getting all at a go is life has phase to give, or there are limitation from life as well. Or it’s more designed to perform this way?

Looking for some question to be solved, don’t know when that time will come or will it come ever, do I have to take up the life as it’s coming alone. I need more out of life for sure, just exploring the way to be there, where I can choose what I shall go with and what not. Till that the search continues.
I wish myself happy searching…. Best of luck Sourav Ganguly

Working Style at Icronex under Massive Pressure

Now day’s life has changed a lot, while comparing with earlier office working style now days all the people are much keener to perform better to be there.
I have started with a small company and now while working with a giant my personal experience says I have changed a lot. I take decision much quick and I don’t care what other are thinking about my own judgments, as long my upper management is happy with my work.

Sometime I do push myself while taking some hard step, like asking someone to put extra to get the work done in time, or doing some late hours in office. I also this may have a bad impact on my reputation.

At the same time I also think that working under a pressure is always good because you always come up with your best while performing under the hot condition.

As we all know that coal became diamond under a enormous pressure, like that I have a team who puts the best in work no matter what happens they always comes up to my anticipation and I really think that they are improving themselves by this as I’m also improving my skills under stress and making a team perform.

Soon or later this will going to give me something, as from the day one till I joined my current organization I used to work more then my working hours, but that paid off when I joined this Icronex Technologies. I really love the way this company works, it’s all about performance driven place, where all people get clap for doing great work and get the scold for not meting the target.

iPhone in India is a big flop but Apple still going fancy!!

This week in Sourav 's Chitchat is a bit different story...

Here in India Apple iPhone is a big flop, at the same time in other part of globe Australia making some of the expensive iPhone ever Sourav Ganguly says this is where Apple is making another move by selling the iPhone at more then 50 grand.

If you are a die heart fan of some luxury stuff & if you wish to make your pocket a bit lighter then look at this, this is one of the best iPhone Apple has ever made, this iPhone is really a diamond.
Apple has tied up with Australian jeweler Peter Aloisson and the result of this named as iPhone Princess Plus – also has got the tag of world’s most expensive iPhone. Isn’t it crazy?

138 of the total amount of diamonds are a “princess cut” stone, that’s the reason why iPhone has got another name of iPhone Princess Plus.

The other one is even much higher on the count of diamond with 180, named as iPhone brilliant cut. There are total of 17.75 carats are inlaid with 18k white gold. Sounds great right?
While writing this I was also having a thought in my mind to hold this diamond mine in hand which can also make me talk to my girl friend and mom…

Well every time thoughts are not enough to make it happen, the cost of the iPhone Princess Plus is around $176,400. well if you have some less amount to spend to grab something like this then Apple will not make you disappointed this time as they did with the launch in India, you can get the alternative version of Apple diamond studded iPhone with $66,150. This one is brilliant cut. I’m not sure with the carat of iPhone Princess Cut and the gold “K” but for the time being its news that Apple has launched diamond studded iPhone. So, Guys if you can and wish to grab one then contact Apple iPhone.

I hope all iPhone lover will love this post…
